I'm sure he'll be back within a month or two bitching about our shitty cables that break all the time. When he was satisfied it was working he just grabbed the cable and yanked it out. We have plugs on the underside of the tables.
I just swapped a cable for a guy a few days ago and he insisted on testing it make sure it worked. But I see customers all the time bending and folding cables without using any thought. I have had iPhones and iPads since day one, still have my original cables cause I don't just grab the cable and yank. Same thing with all the iPhone/iPad cables you yank around with little thought, disregarding that big ass plastic piece we give you to grab with. So unless its clearly cut, chewed up by your dog etc, whatever. Certainly not enough to deal with the headache of some sue happy yahoo going after us and causing a butt load of wasted time and legal fees. We don't make that much money off of them. We could bust your asses on it and not cover it cause you mishandled them but the truth is that Apple has so much fucking money in the bank that it's just not worth getting into it over a charger. That is what causes them to strain and break. We see a lot of folks who wrap their mag safe chargers with the cable bending right at that attachment point.
